Skills
· Well experienced in a lead designer role with proven graphic designing experience and creativity A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics .
· Great English communication and multitasking skills.
· Create these materials by hand or by using technology, including computer software programs. Adobe's Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more.
· Plan, design and produce edit videos on graphics for multiple platforms (digital contents such as Facebook, Instagram YouTube, website, online platforms, WhatsApp and other communication materials )
· Handle all technical aspects of photography and videography from conceptualization to
final “finished work”.
· Work on several project across the social media and online platforms.
· Experience in handling Online Platform such as Shoppe/ Lazada ,it will added as advantange skill.
· Work closely with the marketing team to support their campaigns and events to meet the company’s objectives.
· Learn and perform any other tasks that are related and not related to your job scope.
· Preparing Video Testimony for clinic & marketing team.
· Preparing Daily/Weekly Posting for clinic & marketing team
· Prepare weekly report for designing work.
· Meet and Communicate with colleagues to gain an understanding of what they want their proposed...
· Deadline-oriented Skills for Video editing and responsible for managing all design projects from concept for posting in social media platforms.

JOB SCOPE
1. Oversee the social media network marketing strategy
a. Write and optimise content for the Company’s social networking accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, youtube & website.
b. Monitor keywords selection for Google Ads.
c. Actively promote and drive traffic to Company’s online stores on Lazada and Shopee
d. Ensure that Ad copy & spending is consistent with Company’s goals
e. Analyse campaign data & traffic and recommend improvement on performance
2. Set up and optimize Company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of Company’s social content.
3. Plan, conceptualize and implement marketing ideas (online & offline).
4. Advertise and manage Company’s products/services in social media, e.g. Fb, Website, Instagram, WhatsApp.
5. Assist in managing daily online sales activities, digital advertising and campaigns to achieve sales targets.
6. Share daily/weekly/monthly contents to engage audience to take action.
7. Track, analyse and report on campaign performance.
8. Develop new customer database via creative sales activities.
9. Assist in brainstorm and idea planning.
10. Other ad-hoc duties.
