Key Responsibilities for General Manager
- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Bachelor of Accounting or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of management experience in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in operational and financial management.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
