Job Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, PCs, printers, network, Websites, CCTV, phone systems).
• Provide technical support to staff (onsite and remote) for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Ensure smooth running of healthcare management systems (EMR/EHR, patient record systems, billing, software license, scheduling).
• Administer user accounts, email, and system access (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace).
• Perform data backup, storage management, and disaster recovery planning.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive patient and company data (HIPAA/PDPA compliance).
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Ensure network reliability across branches/outlets (VPN, firewalls, Wi-Fi, routers, switches).
• Support digital health tools (telemedicine platforms, diagnostic software, connected medical devices).
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper lifecycle management (procurement, tagging, replacement).
• Conduct training for staff on IT systems, cybersecurity awareness, and new applications.
• System and Technical assistance for events, training and programs conducted.
• Troubleshoot and escalate critical IT issues to higher-level support when necessary.
• Support digital transformation initiatives (automation, cloud migration, business applications).
• Prepare IT documentation, SOPs, and compliance reports for management.
• Ensure all IT operations align with healthcare regulations and internal policies.

Requirements
